Ash-E-Reshteh

Our take on the classic Persian noodle soup. Includes a fragrant mixture of herbs (parsley, spinach, dill, coriander, and spring onions) along with noodles, chickpeas, red kidney beans, lentils, and dried mint then sealed off with kashk (thick whey). Legend has it that the noodles in this soup symbolize good fortune!
